The Grafton Historical Society Museum is set in an 1845 house with an attached barn. A number of permanent exhibits are housed here, these are Grafton-based and include such items as fire-fighting equipment, tools, textiles, Civil War memorabilia, historical documents, and much more. Temporary themed exhibits are also presented here.

The Nature Museum at Grafton is dedicated to promoting curiosity and understanding about the natural world within a local and global context. Exhibits include fossils, mammals, birds, habitat and more. It promotes educational programs and materials for the use of area residents, visitors and school children.
