President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site
The 30th president of the United States, Calvin Coolidge, was born in the town of Plymouth Notch, Vermont. This village as well as the boyhood home of the president has been carefully preserved and stands today, as it once was. Many other of the original buildings of the town have been preserved as well. Visit the Coolidge Homestead furnished just as it was in 1923. There's an onsite Visitor's Center as well built to honor the centennial of Coolidge's birth. Plymouth Notch is just a short twenty minute drive outside of Rutland, VT.
