Poncho's has been a landmark here on South Main Street since 1972. The building was a former rooming house for skiers and was called the 1854 House. The founder, "Poncho" a.k.a. Ken Cummings, the only Irish/Mexican in the State of Vermont had an idea for a Mexican & Seafood Restaurant in of all places Wilmington, Vermont.
